Press release: March 31, 2010

Sebastopol, CA, March 31, 2010—The sixth annual O'Reilly Where 2.0 Conference has sold out, confirming the dramatic expansion of location technologies today, particularly in the areas of mobile, local, and mapping innovations. Where 2.0 2010 began March 30 and continues through April 1, at the San Jose Marriott in San Jose, California.

"To sell out a conference in today's economy shows the importance of mapping, mobile, and location to the tech sector right now. I'm thrilled at how many people want to participate in Where 2.0," says conference chair Brady Forrest. "This also means that O'Reilly's first two conferences this year have sold out, which attests to the strength of our communities and the value our events deliver."
