Web 2.0 Summit has become the gathering place for business leaders of the new Web - it reflects and embodies the community - bringing together influential minds to discuss and debate the most important issues and strategies driving the Internet economy and what we might expect in the coming year. Program chair John Battelle is anticipating a stellar event:

"I'm thrilled with this year's lineup of speakers. Not only do we have dozens of examples from the very edge of the Web, we also have an extraordinary showing from the world's largest companies, most of whom have never been in conversation with the Web 2.0 audience. The Web keeps moving outward, colonizing and shifting businesses across all industries. This year's line up is proof of that point."

The premier event for making connections, Web 2.0 Summit is also a key place to learn the latest technology offerings. The sponsor gallery will be filled with sponsors such as Nokia, Adobe, AOL, Etelos, and HP, all prepared to share with attendees their particular take on the Web's Edge.

The conference, known for its interactive format that stresses audience participation, limits total attendees to foster a more intense dialogue among participants.
